Hello everyone.Here is a question.,.. I have an e-commerce store with my own products and my bot is creating products I don't have. It even gives names and benefits plus how to use the non existing product. This is a very big concern to business. It seems like I had a better control on the conversation outcome before. Also when user asks prices for a specific product., it is mistakenly given price for a unrelated product. I do have price tables on my KB and no changes have been made on my flows. Can someone shed a light on what might be going on? Many Thanks 🙏
