Hello everyone.Here is a question.,.. I have an e-commerce store with my own products and my bot is creating products I don't have. It even gives names and benefits plus how to use the non existing product. This is a very big concern to my business. It seems like I had a better control on the conversation outcome before. Also when user asks prices for  a specific product., it is mistakenly given price for an unrelated product. I do have price tables on  my KB and no changes have been made on my flows. Can someone shed a light on what might be going on? Many Thanks 🙏

Hi @future-airport-33386, it is hard to tell what the problem is without further info, but the behavior you are describing is indeed a problem.
to avoid your bot to create products and what not, you should stick your Knowledge base to your own personal information, what I mean is you should not use GPT fallback for any kind of questions related to your company/products since it will use random info from GPT
And about wrong prices, I suggest you handle prices in a table KB, that will make it easier for the bot to relate product to price and won't cause any confusion
if that is already the case, try to create a new workflow just to handle those prices, so when the user wants information about prices it will go to a workflow dedicated only to this topic, this may also help to reduce this errors

@ambitious-vr-9887 thank you. I was able to get good responses from the bot before, I haven't changed anything. I don't use GPT fall back at because I had these issues before. Also, my KB is full of Q&A as recommend and I Have price lists for all , my products

I have over 100 products. I thought about creating workflows for each category but not sure if this will help because the way it is now, it can't find even the main products

Can you give an example of a case where the bot make up information? It shouldn't be able to "create" information that is not described in the KB

I asked the bot to recommend a product for stomach ache. I don't have a product specific recommend form this ailment. The bot answer Yes we do have X ease for stomache

KB got a little different on my end too, in my case I kept adding new info to them and suddenly all the good answers got confused and I started getting a lot of bad outputs, my solution was to clear all unecessary info and relly on GPT for some basic answer, so I dont overflow the KB with information.. Maybe some screenshots of your KB, the part of the flow where you prompt the bot to check knowledge, or if you dont mind just share the bpz. file and i can look at it on my computer

Can you open some of those KB folder you have there? Are you creating a new KB for each question?
two hints I could give is to: 1 - if possible, reduce the number of KB folders, maybe 1 about prices, 1 about product information and 1 for general info about the company, I believe botpress will try to search in all of those folders before outputing an answer, that may be causing some confusing 2- try yo organize your flow in a clear manner so you can optimize your bot, for example, for KB query i use this card that is working pretty well
maybe start the conversation with a mutiple choice card giving your user some idea of what he can acomplish with the bot, the full conversational aspect is very nice but a little help will help the user understand all the info you are able to provide, and that also makes the conversation design easier

@ambitious-vr-9887 To use multiple choice cards I will also have to create, separate flows correct? I was trying to avoid doing this because of the daunting number of products and services, Do you have a suggestion how to go around that?
