Hi, the message & events calculation doesn't seem fair to me when you have HITL setup. When connected with Zendesk, ALL of the events from Zendesk are send over to botpress without any filter. The botpress configuration for Zendesk HITL doesn't allow you to setup a custom field, so you could possibly filter down the events between actual Botpress conversations / tickets. However, still all the events coming from Zendesk are recorded as an event usage.
Doesn't seem fair to me, how will you solve this?
