Hi 👋 you can create a table with all your numbers and then use a capture card to get the user question and give an answer from your Knowledge base

Thanks a lot for the answer! That's how it seems to work. Sorry but I'm new to this world, could you please help me understand? I inserted a table with the telephone numbers column… but in the workflow how do I make it look for the number in the table and only if it is there does the chat continue? thank you so much

You can use a "find record" card if you're looking for an exact correspondence, and if you have a result then you can display it, else, you can say to the user that the number he is looking for i snot available or whatever you want to say
