I wouldn't use Twillo - I have another service that is the best to use when it comes to voice bots - I guess a link to the chatbot. I didn't know about the vector base. But when I used it last - would not pull out the right data from knowledge base. Has it been updated since then? I guess so. So many changes with bot press now.
