For about 3 days the bots are not responding some of the messages. I dont have many users yet but I saw three instances of that in an universe of maybe 30 conversations. Since the bot does not reply, the user neves reply back and i end up loosing the business. Can you please check this out? can you clarify, in these logs, which messages aren't being sent?

check this screenshot, 08:41:32 the user sent a message to the bot
no response for 36 minutes
then the user sent another message to check at 09:07:28
then the bot replied
the difference between those is that as you can see in the second message, there is a system message confirming that the message was received
this is happening several times in different conversations in different bots
09:32 the bot received a message and acted as no message was ever sent
09:38 the user sent a new message and then the bot replied
same pattern as other ocasions. the [dm] message of type text .... received log entry was not shown for the first one (issue) and is shown for the second one, when it does what it is suposed to do
