Hello, I need to build a chatbot for people older than 65. My idea was to use buttons to navigate through the chatbot, so that the elderly people dont have to type in everything. Nevertheless I also want that they can also use the keyboard to ask free questions. Are there possibilities to combine buttons & free text? or what would you recommend?
