Hello everyone, I am a novice that is building a bot that can handle customer questions and also update customers on their order status. The orders are placed on an e-commerce website that is powered by shopify. I have completed the questions aspect of the bot and found this straightforward but the shopify aspect has taken me days and I am still stuck on square 1 (perhaps because no direct integration is available, at least to the best of my knowledge). Any help would be much appreciated.
