@bumpy-butcher-41910, thanks, but can we also get clarity as to why it seems we are being charged from our AI spend for the Typescript code in the hooks? Specifically the before_incoming hook? Or is that not the case?

I'm not sure what you mean by this - can you show me what's making you think you're being charged for this?

@bumpy-butcher-41910, I think we misunderstood the stack info in the log file. It seems that it is only being charged on the validation portions. Still a bit strange though as I would have assumed it would use regex and not an AI prompt. But we have changed it manually. Thanks, we are all good this side
