As you can see in the recording, I cant open NewKB1 no matter how much I refresh. I have also tried in other devices, both mac and windows, and networks. Other KBs and tables are not displayed as well but are seen after a refresh. Never had this issue before. Can you help me? Thank you. Sadly not an option for me since I have tons of hand written rich text and documents there.
@fresh-fireman-491 I very much apologize for tagging you, but may you tell me if this is something you are working on or direct me to someone who would know. The problem has persisted 5 days now and I am the 3rd or 4th person who posted the same issue. I am facing important deadlines and deleting the knowledge base is not an option. Thank you!
