Our client is requesting that the widget should load faster but not sure if this is possible? (i.e the time from clicking the floating icon until the user is able to send a message)

If you have always alive enabled, and don't use any AI tasks in the opening sequence, there isn't much that can be done to further improve this - but with those two things it should be pretty speedy 🙂
