Id be happy for an actual ticket system with like one issue per week max or something or maybe a support bot that actually answers questions. I get the service is mostly free and I appreciate that. But I've hit so many bugs, have a lot of questions about useability, it seems like it would be in your best interest and the best interest of your paying customers to at least have some token communications with the public at large; ie crowdsource your QA.
