I tried using the {{conversation.SummaryAgent.summary}} to output the fill conversation of my flow, it missed returning responses that were displayed as dropdowns. Here's a sample: 'Your conversation summary: Hi there! Are you looking to Buy, Sell or Rent a property? What type of property are you interested in? Do you prefer a new construction or existing homes? Please provide a rough estimate. $1.5m-$1.6m. It did return one dropdown response though for price.
