Hello @bumpy-butcher-41910 I have deployed a chatbot on a client's website that includes a video at the very beginning. This is causing the chat window to take 20 seconds or longer to load, with the video itself taking even longer to appear in the chat window. The video is short and not heavy in size. Are there best practices to decrease its latency?
