Hello! I have the problem in the title, that is, my storage is at 100% after purchasing the 1GB addon for my pay-as-you-go plan. The usage was under 100MB before the purchase. I've seen suggestions to export the bot and recreate it, however that doesn't seem to work at all. I never get past the 
preparing your bot

UPDATE: the export finally worked, but now i have a problem importing the bot files, the error says Unexpected end of JSON input.

I didn't have a problem exporting/importing this, and I've typically seen problems with import/export on slower internet connections or less performant machines

Ok, I was able to import this file into two new bots (one on a new workspace, the other in the same workspace as the original)

Yes, it does seem to work in the emulator

yep - if you're sure you're not deleting any data and the new import is fine

Alright, the warning is gone, thank you! however, now the KB usage is at 0%, how is this usage computed and what can i do to stay under the limit?

it's calculated based on files you've uploaded to a KB
