I currently have one bot, but I'm unable to enable the always live option because it prompts me to upgrade my plan. I was under the impression that the always live option was free for one bot. Hi @adventurous-library-57831 I believe Always Live is a paid feature, not sure if you get one for free, but you don't need to upgrade your plan to use it, just add it as an add-on for $10. About vector DB Storage, I always had quick responses when contacting the Botpress team via email to solve billing and pricing issues, maybe if you try contacting them they can help you solve this problem 🙂
