Hi there. Randomly. I have ommited the conversation object from the Json above. But the flow will randomly throw this error and the next error message is that the "User is not in an active conversation".
Is there a support email or similar that we can use to send through screenshots etc as we are also having other issues where the bot seems to lose user variables and returns them to us empty.

The best place to send those screenshots would be here in this #help post, maybe tagging someone from the team may help. Botpress has a dedicated support only for the Team Plan

We can't send customer data over public Discord. But business is upgrading to the Team plan now due to our volume. So will have to wait till then so that we can get secure support. Just a thought, you should probably have some way going forward for PAYG users to send you sensitive info in the future. Thanks. Speak on the other side

That's fair enough, if you are able to updrage your plan that's awesome, I use the free plan myself (im just a botbassador not a member from the team) but I agree that another support channel would be great, I just don't believe this is possible for Botpress team at the moment as it keep growing and the new users and questions volumes must be very high. Maybe another plan between Free and Team with dedicated support but a little cheaper would be great solution in the future 🙂
