Botpress Knowledge issues

When I try to open the botpress knowledge in the studio I get only a blank page without my data and no interface or anything. Try clearing cache, cookies, and local storage, if that doesn't work, I would recommend reporting a problem inside your botpress studio, and link someone from the team here in the #help post, thats not expected behavior

Thanks, I've done that and we've also checked it on two different PCs. I think it's not a matter of the browser @plain-lifeguard-16679

Nothing really, it's all blank - I'll send you the ticket number I've just submitted so you can identify the account etc

Hi, I have the same issue. Also clearing cache and cookies did not help. It also happens with multiple browsers. Do you have any idea how to fix this. Everything worked fine until Thursday. (report_01J0ZQ9HTX47RQ91S0DMDJMK6V)
I've deleted my knowledge base and rebuild it again. This seems to fixed the issue

This did not work for me. They sometimes open from time to time. But this is not relyable at all.
@freezing-elephant-85019 Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this. It makes botpress unuseable for me.

I'm taking a look. Trying to reproduce this. Can you send me your bot id and your workspace id in the DM?
This is fixed. Let me know if you guys still face this issue.
