I wasnt being clear. Does it show any error in the log when you actually run the bot in the emulator?

my problem is as follows: am using the inserrecord card.....and i have the variable username which is an object: {"first":"Finger","last":"Licking"} ,,,,, in the insertion when i write @workflow.username.first, it inserts the following in the column: {"first":"Finger","last":"Licking"}.first
