The bot cache is very helpful for token-savings purposes (as shown in the console), BUT the bot cache can be detrimental when a Knowledge Base / KB data source is updated and the bot still has the old KB results cached. It appears that the bot cache lasts for at least 12 hours, which may have undesirable business effects when important customer-facing information in the KB has changed. The ability to manually or programmatically "flush" / clear the bot cache would ameliorate this issue.
