This morning, my KB query cards spontaneously turned red and stopped working -- hovering over one shows the error : "This card needs KnowledgeAgent-a83c954a10 but it's not installed" (see attached screenshot) I have not messed with or changed the KA config recently. Did you copy paste this card from another bot ?
if you delete the card and then put another one does that work ?

Good question! No, the card was not copy/pasted in from another bot
adding a new KB query card, the error does not appear but the config (query, vars, etc) in the old cards is absent from those cards

yep that's clear, but you can configure this new card by copying the config of the old one
anyway that's not a fix but i'm no able to do so 🙂

@wooden-beard-40210 to clarify my earlier comment -- the old cards' config is absent from the old cards -- like it's been wiped out --
