I had a question about the AI limits and saw someone else asked this but I didn’t see a resolution for this. I have been trying to contact you guys for a few days now and submitted via your form but no reply. Do I have to upgrade to a Team plan to increase my AI limit past $100? And if I can’t get someone to reply to me via the form online, who can I contact? Thank you so much! 🥰

If I'm not mistaken, the AI limit here means your plan includes $100 for the AI spend, but once you utilise it all, it will start charging you based on OpenAI’s rate. Botpress doesn't mark up, only transferring the cost back to you
