Hi! This is my second post here, but a less urgent one. I was wondring if Botpress's chatbots has the capability of "learning" and getting better based on previous conversations? If so, how can I succesfully implement this feature to a customer support chatbot? Do I need the customer to rate the conversations or can it be something happening in the background of the conversation? Thankful for any help! BR

Hi Caramoz, you can but not the way you are thinking. You can set ways to capture user feedback and use it to get better an better by understanding how the user is using your bot and what it is expecting of it. But there is no way to automatically improve the bot like a machine learning thing, where it will use AI to analyze conversation and improve answers by itself

You mean the bot will have no capability to self learn?

You can build your bot in a way it will "self learn" but it is not something native for all botpress bots @narrow-planet-91101
