Hi guys, I need to create an AI chatbot and integrate it with Microsoft Teams. The interface on Microsoft Teams should be via an Avatar, so users can chat with the AI through the Avatar. My plan was to subscribe to the Team Plan, but before that, I must ensure that this could work. I understand Botpress has the pre-built integration, but we faced this error once my team connected it. Does anyone know how to fix this? Initially, I was looking at requesting an API that we can call and that should reply with the response as it does in webchat. The user will type in the message via MS Team. We send this message to the Botpress API, and the Botpress API returns the response as it does in webchat. How committed is their support, though? I am considering signing up for the Team plan; however, if this pre-built integration does not work and I need an API to call the message from bot press to MS teams, are they willing to build the API for me? Considering I am a paying customer

i don't think they willing to build a custom API for you, but we can try to raise the issue
