I'm creating a lead routing bot for a Tour operator. when the user ask specific questions, the botpress create tour packages(which is not in knowledgebase) and answer it itself. If i use "AI Task" action, it's not answering properly. the AI task isn't connected to the knowledge base - you can answer knowledge queries using capture cards, as you've indicated here
