07/08/2024, 10:47 AMHi everyone, I'm new here. I'm building a bot for my first client :-). I've loaded pdf's to a knowledge base and the bot is answering really well from that. I've tried to set up a card that says "I'm sorry, I don't know" if the question is unrelated to the content in the KB, but that does not seem to be working. I've included and image in case I've configured something incorrectly. Please help :-).🙂

07/08/2024, 12:12 PMI've used natural language on the expression card and let the AI create the condition but it still seems to ignore the "Unknown_Answer" card.
