My bot makes some calculations with the received data and I'm thinking of using a pdf template for the bot to fill and send to the user. Is there already an integration or service or way to do this that I'm missing?

I think you need to use a 3rd party pdf maker to do this. Use 0codekit inside make.com where it can receive the data, turn it into pdf and then send it via email.
