Answer generated but missing citation

07/10/2024, 2:58 PMThat's weird, I use the Query Knoled Bases, but i get this message in the imulator "Answer generated but missing citation". When I click on it, there is a result, structure as I want, but nothing in the citation or answer.
Any idea what can cause that?

07/11/2024, 3:40 PMI did some tests and find that if I remove that command "Ensure there is a space between each occurrence of
different results.", it display one result. If I keep it, even if there is only one result, it won't display anything.
It's like the AI find some information, but can't display it.
Any help or idea?
