I need my bot to respond "you're welcome" if a user says thanks or thank you. For the life of me I cannot get this to work: I have tried AI task and also adding the response to a small talk KB and for some reason, everything else works except for "thanks" or "thank you" Is it because it's only one or two words why this isn't working with the small talk KB? How do I get this done? Please help...it's driving me nutts!

Hey 👋 if it’s only for two words, you could use intent and lead the flow to a determined node with a text card that says thank you
