Hi, i have an issue with my test bot. When i’m in the studio doing my work i have 0 issues with getting the answers i want but when i deploy it after publishing it. For some reason it is giving me the amswers i dont want. Can someone help me with this issue

can you post some screens + examples ?

I provide a solution for error and ask user if issue is resolved or not, the actual flow is if user clicks on "Issue Resolved" button the bot says "Good to hear that.
