Hi, I am wondering how to make my chatbot upsell the user based on personal knowledge about that certain user. Lets say that the user has interacted with the bot previously, I want the bot to randomly message the user with offers ( Also having it stop sending offers 8-12 hours since the last interaction ). To better explain this I will give some examples; A user books multiple rooms with many people, the bot must recommend group activities eg. private group dining. A user asks about running groups/trails in the area, the bot must recommend more outdoor/sporty activities. Any help of suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
