Hello Botpress team & community! we are facing a problem with our bot integration. (we added here a picture to demonstrate the flow) on the web chat, it works as needed. but in meta apps (Whatsapp,Facebook,Instagram) it skips more than 3 nodes and starts straight from the validation node to AI fallback. we can't understand why this is happening if we have built all this flow. we have a conversation starter trigger on the greeting node **If it isn't understandable, the meaning is that it should start with a greeting(1) node and then to "what is your question?"(2), we type 'hey' or 'hello' for the first message at the start and it goes straight to the validation node(3) that sends it to AI fallback(4) because KB don't have an answer for it, we want that it always will show the greeting at the start as supposed to be.** Hope someone here knows the solution 🤞 https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1262788749327077469/1262788749520146432/image.png?ex=669887eb&is=6697366b&hm=bf15104931e84c40c2c5522b3630c93827aad99ee7fda486d82eeb4aeb782288&
