Hi everyone, Im new to botpress,Im trying to direct the user to a select node. It’s based on answering questions, if the user asks a question and the bot looks through a selected KB. If the bot can”t answer the question (from KB)I want the user to be sent to a specific node, and if the bot can answer the question to be sent to separate node. No matter what I try, the user will always be sent to “right_answer”. Even when i know the KB doesn’t have the answer. yeah no you have to disable the sparkles aka AI in order to type it in lmk if it works!

Did you try the flow already?

when you say flow, is that engaging with the chat bot to checck for issue ?

I mean the residual workflow, where the chatbot either apologises or says glad i could help

theres nothing i could of altered unknowingly that can cause this issue?
