Hi all, all of a sudden today my chatbots for my clients are incredibly slow to respond. The first initial message takes a long time, but even now messages in the middle of the conversation are taking a good 15-20 seconds to reply. I haven't made any changes / haven't logged in to the studio editor within the last week so there's nothing that has been changed in the editor to cause this. It's also happening across 3 x chatbots, so it's definitely not something to do with changes made inside of the chatbot editor themselves. Any ideas what could be happening?

we're seeing some elevated latency at the moment and are working on implementing a fix - hang tight!

Hi @bumpy-butcher-41910 , any updates on this? My bot starting message now took 52 seconds, yesterday it was round 3-5 seconds. The starting message is only a text card.
