hello i have a question, why sometimed the chatbot using te knowleadge data base, when you ask him something it doesnt answer correctly. for ex: in the KB i have the current answers of an hotel, and when i ask there is bathroom, he answers other thing thats not even related. also i day it respond well and the other wrong

I had an idea exchange with my colleagues about this. We think the response of the bot would be better if you can format the source of the knowledge base in like a Q&A format. That can improve the quality of the response.
Because the RAG of the bot will be more grounded to defined questions and answers of the article

3. Your KB works but it may be a bit unstructured. You can use a table as a KB in your case. That can reduce your AI spend too and make your response more specific. Just an optional suggestion.
