I would love a way to create your own message type in the chat. Today we have like: text, email, slides... But maybe create your own with code. Or make a new widget where you can display a contact form straight in the chat. So that it can be a form that says "Enter your email below" and then there is a new text enter bar below the text. So like a contact form on a website but in the chat itself.
