Add button in conversations that takes an ongoing conversation and moves it into HITL or show all ongoing conversations in HITL to be taken over by a human at any given time. Basically just as it is now but a button in conversations that moves it to HITL, but better just show all conversations in HITL from the start and add a interference on/off switch.
