I’ve been using the automatic wizard to integrate WhatsApp with Botpress, and while it’s a great tool for quick setup, I’ve encountered a challenge. I assume the wizard manages app creation and/or token handling behind the scenes, therefore I don’t have access to the WhatsApp access token. This makes it impossible to download media (like images or audio) sent through WhatsApp, even when taking the necessary steps in the Meta business suite. It would be really helpful if the wizard provided a way to access the generated token/Meta App ID or allowed some flexibility to manage media files more easily within Botpress. It is possible to do so with the manual setup, which I am working on, however the ease of the setup wizard coupled with this flexibility would be a great thing I believe.
