Invalid address when receiving file in telegram

i noticed the first part of the url is wrong
I get it "https//api.telegram.org/file/ххх..." instead of this "https://api.telegram.org/file/ххх...."
Also i noticed that even if i fix it i get this "{"ok":false,"error_code":404,"description":"Not Found"}"
this is what i want to do: get the file and send it to my google drive but now i cant get a working direct url to the file

problem with processing ":"
it seems that the integration does not output them to the url and therefore the url does not work
here is the correct example

And perhaps add a callback_query processing function
