I think you might have missed my point. You are assuming I know what I am looking for when I go to your bot. In my case I do not and so I need guidance. That is where the design of the flow of the bot comes in. I have thought about this a lot because I did the same thing when I started. I just loaded up all the content and assumed people know exactly what they are looking for. In most cases they don't, or maybe they ask one question and then lose focus. That is why the bot needs to constantly prod the user for what they do next and do that with buttons that they just need to push to guide them to the next query.
