Hey @mysterious-memory-60022 I agree with @helpful-book-19392 .. Your bot is hard to navigate as you're just giving it a bunch of data and hoping the end user knows what to do. I asked it a question and it didn't know what to do. The art comes into guiding the user into a certain outcome, whether you are guiding them into properties up for sale or guiding them in to lead gen and booking a meeting for the real estate agent. The flow is important
