I would like to ask some new necessary features for the HITL. 1. The first one is notifications with a sound or a pop-up everytime a new user is pending and everytime there is a new message. Hae Chan told me internally you use an integration with Slack. However, it would be much easier if this was an inherent feature of Botpress. 2. The second one is if it would be possible that for each client instead that "Anonymous User" it would appear their name and email. In the Scalate Human card there is the option to put the name and email as user.name and user.email. So, why this is not shown on the chat of HITL? 3. The third and last is that after the HITL finishes, that the flow continues without the need of the client to reprompt. I saw on the last video that Matthew put an execute code card saying a text where he urged the client to reprompt. However, I would love if that was not necessary. Thanks!!!
