Having several Rich Text document in KB is almost impossible without being able to name them. There is an option to upload document and then you can name and rename it. but if you add the text inside the KB in Rich Text document they will all look the same in your KB and it will be a mess. I believe it should be a simple but very helpful fix. Thanks
