It would be great if we could get the query cards to have a feature that allows builders to select which KB it starts it's search in, and then moves to next, and so on. This will speed up how quickly it find info by going to a specific KB. But then in the case it can't find an answer, it could search on the web using a different KB that is in the sequence.
