I'd really like for my users to be able to return to their webchat conversation with my agent/bot and be able to rename their past conversations with it as well as discard/delete any conversations they no long need. I don't think most people would intuitively know to go into their browser history and clear the cache to delete conversations and even if so that's not the best user experience to have to go all or nothing with their conversation history.
