Goal: when a user asks something on WhatsApp, the bot should fetch real data from Google Sheets (address, city, price, images, etc.) and reply dynamically. My questions: What’s the correct way to connect Google Sheets so the bot pulls live data? What table structure is recommended for the sheet (e.g. ID | Address | City | Price | Images)? How can I use this data inside a WhatsApp flow after the integration works? I already enabled the Google Sheets API, created a Service Account, and added it to my sheet. I just need guidance on the best setup to make the flow work.
