Currently i have set before Outgoing hook to save current node, workflow and transcript in database to always track conversations, so i can later export it. I wanted to get a name of node and workflow, however it seems that it's only possible to get ID, which does not mean much. Getting an actual name of cards, nodes and workflows would be great!
