The goal is to have: A bot running on WhatsApp Chatwoot working as the CRM and Human-in-the-Loop layer Messages flowing properly between Botpress ↔ Chatwoot ↔ WhatsApp I’ve seen comments saying it should be possible using webhooks and External Chat, but there’s no clear documentation or working example showing the end-to-end setup. A video demo would make it much easier to implement and avoid trial-and-error for everyone trying to build this architecture for production use cases (sales, support, customer service, etc.).
