No Content matched with query

My Chatbot was working fine and was answering correctly based on Knowledge Base provided, but suddenly I am getting - "No content matched with query", while the Knowledge Base contains all the information. Note - I have enabled Knowledge Answering. Can anyone tell me what other things I should check ?

Hi @cuddly-airline-2010 I am hitting a similar issue and rebuilt my KB but this is not solving the issue.

So is that a bug or we are making a common mistake any idea ?

Unfortunately I don’t know enough to be sure. But I know that my bit was working for the last three days ok but today, even the queries I know are specifically addressed in the KB are being routed off (this is deliberate). So it seems as though something has changed in the last 12-18 hours
