Yea, you have to do it manually though. When the bot cannot answer a question have the a variable on botpress that picks up this question. Then you can use zapier to send these questions to a spreadsheet. Then you just train the bot on the answers

If the bot cannot answer a question I have the flow going to a new node with a question that says “Do you have any further questions?” If no then it ends the conversation, if yes it loops back to the question node
And then once in a while you go to the spreadsheet, see all the unanswered questions, answer then and train your bot on the answers
